It’s not about fixing or advising, it’s about giving you the time and space to be heard, to make sense of things, and to feel more in control of what’s happening in your life.

How I Work...

My approach is calm, grounded and person-led. Sessions are relaxed and informal, you set the pace, and together we explore what’s important to you.

Each meeting typically lasts around one hour, and I offer both in-person and online appointments.
