I’m Catherine Forsyth, Workplace Mental Health Specialist and founder of Mindfit Yorkshire.

With over 30 years’ nursing experience across mental health and learning difficulties, including clinical leadership roles, I support employers in creating compassionate, resilient, and legally compliant workplaces.

I’m also a qualified Best Interests Assessor and complementary therapist, giving me a broad perspective on wellbeing and personalised care.

Whether through tailored training, strategic consultancy, or one-to-one support, I work alongside organisations to strengthen their mental health culture, reduce risk, and promote a healthier, more productive workforce.

I offer practical, down-to-earth mental health awareness sessions designed to help your team develop a better understanding of themselves and others, reduce stigma, and feel more confident when talking about mental health.


Each session introduces the concept of mental health in a simple, relatable way, exploring both positive and negative mental health, and increasing awareness of some common mental health conditions.


Sessions can be delivered in a format that suits you, as part of a wellbeing day, a one-off event, or ongoing support.
